mango banana green smoothie

smoothies are great with breakfast!
mango banana green smoothie recipe:
  • 1 lg. navel orange
  • 1 carrot top greens
  • 1 lg. handful of spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1C frozen mango cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1C white cranberry juice
  • 1 C pure water
  • 4 ice cubes
  • omega oil (desired amount)
Blend in OmniBlend V blender on the 60 sec. setting, using tamper to gently move ingredients down into the blades. 

Makes a large jug of smoothie...enough to feed our family of 4 with their breakfast.

I added more water (1 C) to the smoothie and used the 35 sec. setting to blend it again....I like mine in a more liquid consistency, but my kids like it thicker (like a shake) so I poured out theirs first.

This one turned out very creamy from the banana and avocado...yum!

Green smoothies have come to be on our daily menu plan.  We love how good they make us feel...a natural pick me up!  We hope you are enjoying yours!
